Rugged Ridge Header in Metallic Ceramic Finish

Rugged Ridge performance headers for 4.0L Wrangler engines are now available in high temperature metallic ceramic finish!

Not only does our ceramic coating look great, it protects against corrosion and thermal fatigue while increasing horsepower and extending the life of your header.

Ceramic headers retain heat better than their chrome or stainless counterparts. Retaining exhaust heat improves air density in the cylinder head's combustion chamber for enhanced air flow. This improved flow increases the exhaust gas exit velocity, and cuts down on your under hood temperature, resulting in performance gains.

Our coating is the best finsih availabe and offers thermal protection up to 1,500 degrees. The finish won't flake off like paint or blue chrome or stainless. It also cools to the touch more quickly than standard headers.

Each kit comes complete with manifold, gaskets, hardware and down pipe flange gasket.
